Avalon Drive Neighborhood
Big River CLT has recently purchase approximately 2.7 acres of undeveloped land in the city of Hood River. This property was sold to us by the Faith Bible Church, who understands the need for more affordable housing in our community. This purchase will allow for the development of a larger cluster of moderately sized, moderately priced, permanently affordable homes.
