Avalon Drive Neighborhood
Big River CLT is currently under contract to purchase approximately 2.7 acres of undeveloped land in the city of Hood River. This property is currently owned by the Faith Bible Church, who has agreed to sell the land understanding the need for more affordable housing in our community. This purchase will allow for the development of a larger cluster of moderately sized, moderately priced, permanently affordable homes.

Big River CLT currently is currently seeking a Developer to partner with to help move this project forward. The deadline to respond to the RFP is February 28, 2025.
